To Schedule an Appointment:

 

We have more than one mediator available for scheduling.  Please call if you your date is not readily available on the on-line calendar.

Parties can choose an available date from an online calendar at www.FloridaMediators.org/Kim-Torres .  Both parties can view the calendar simultaneously online while choosing a mutually agreeable date.  The parties can then call Torres Mediation Services to confirm the availability of the date selected. A mediation can only be scheduled by calling our office at 321-821-9995 to confirm an available time as indicated by the on-line calendar.  The on-line calendar is updated weekly so an available date will need to be verified by a telephone call and oral confirmation, not by email or fax.

 

If you are having trouble finding an acceptable time for the mediated session, please call our office so that we might be able to assist you and possibly shift scheduled sessions that may be more flexible. We value your business. 

 

While parties are only billed for a minimum of two hours of mediation time, please allow up to three hours in your schedule to complete the mediation session.  It is not uncommon for even a ‘simple’ mediation to go over two hours when communication is actually taking place. If more time is desired, please advise the mediator when scheduling.   

 

Conference rooms are available at no charge for mediations with up to six persons (including their counsel) attending. These rooms are located at the office of Torres Mediation Services in Indialantic, Florida. Other conference rooms can be reserved at a nominal charge or even at no charge at locations throughout Brevard County and Florida.

 

Mediations may also be arranged so that one party can participate by telephone.  Please call to inquire.

 

If any participants have special needs or require specific accommodations, please contact our office to make arrangments prior to the mediation.  Handicapped accessible conference rooms are available and need to be reserved in advance.
